焊接热效应对刮板输送机链传动系统固有频率影响分析

摘要 考虑圆环链焊接热效应对刮板输送机链传动系统固有频率的影响,基于Ansys有限元软件对圆环链焊接过程及其热处理进行了仿真分析,得到两种条件下的残余应力分布。同时求解出了两种情况下链条刚度值并与试验值进行了对比。采用Matlab软件对空载工况、满载工况下刮板输送机系统固有频率进行求解,得到系统前八阶固有频率值及特征值。研究结果表明:焊接热效应对系统固有频率及特征值产生较大影响,且满载工况下系统固有频率值及特征值小于空载工况下系统固有频率值及特征值。 Considering the welding thermal effect of round link chain on chain drive system of scraper conveyer natural frequency,welding process and heat treatment of round link chain were simulated by using ANSYS software,and the residual stress distribution were obtained.The round link chain stiffness were obtained and were compared with the experimental values.Scraper conveyer system natural frequency were solved under idle condition and full load condition by using MATLAB software.Eighth order natural frequency and eigenvalue were obtained.The results show that:the welding thermal have greater effect on natural frequency and eigenvalue of system.Natural frequency and eigenvalue of system under full load condition are less than the idle condition’s.
