血清、尿NGAL与慢性肾小球肾炎临床和病理相关性研究 被引量:12

摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)是lipocalin家族成员之一,参与细胞内铁离子转运,炎症反应和肿瘤细胞转移等,是早期诊断急性肾损伤的生物学标志之一。在慢性肾脏疾病,如糖尿病性肾病、Ig A肾病、多囊肾等研究中发现,血、尿及肾组织中的NGAL含量亦增高[1~3]。本研究通过检测血和尿NGAL在慢性肾小球肾炎(chronic glomerulonephritis,CGN)中的改变,探讨与CGN病理改变的相关性,进一步论证其在CGN中诊断的临床意义。
