摘要
针对不同项目具体情况,起重设备的个性化设计对卷筒结构变形设计、尺寸变形设计、装配关系配置提出了相应的要求,为寻求卷筒结构变形设计、尺寸变形设计、装配关系配置的参数化方法,提出面向对象的自顶向下参数设计方法。引入面向对象、基本变形模块、特征单元的概念,利用起重设备的总体设计信息,实现卷筒组的个性化、参数化设计和建模。基于C/S架构,结合SQL server数据库技术和服务器采用C#对Inventor进行二次开发。该方法已应用于水利行业领域的固定式卷扬机。该方法缩短了设计周期,降低了设计复杂度,减少了对设计人员经验知识的依赖。
According to different project specific situation, lifting equipment the personalized design of drum structure deformation design, dimension design, assembly relations configuration puts forward the corresponding requirements, to seek the drum structure deformation design, dimension design, assembly relationship between the configuration of parametric method,puts forward an object oriented top-down design method of parameters. The concept of object oriented, basic deformation module and feature unit is introduced, and the overall design information of lifting equipment is used to realize the personalized,parametric design and modeling of the drum group. Based on C/S architecture, C# is adopted for the second development of the Inventor, combining with SQL server database technology and server. This method has been applied to the fixed winch in the field of water conservancy industry. This method shortens the design period, reduces the design complexity, and reduces the dependence on the designer’s experience knowledge.
