摘要 滚动轴承是旋转机械重要支承件,也是精密机床、高速列车、航空发动机等重大装备的关键核心部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到主机的使役寿命。因此,对高性能滚动轴承失效形式、损伤机理进行相关影响因素分析及可靠性评估具有重要意义。首先建立了高性能滚动轴承故障树模型,定性分析各基本事件的逻辑关系,定量对顶事件发生概率及各基本事件结构重要度进行计算,计算结果表明轴承精度丧失对失效影响最大,而轴承的自身缺陷对其失效影响较小。根据计算结果可以定量化评估滚动轴承各类故障产生的主因,为制订合理的预防和维护措施,预防轴承早期失效提供可靠理论依据。 Rolling bearings are not only an essential supporting part of rotary machines, also an core part in heavy equipments, such as precision machine tool, High speed trains, and aerial engines. And it can directly affect the work life of the main engine. Thus, it’s magnificent to make an influence factor analysis and reliable assessment from the lose efficancy and damage mechanism of high-performance rolling bearings. This essay accomplished it’s Failure Tree model, qualitatively analyzed the logistic relation relationship among elementary cases, and quantification ally calculated the probability of occurrence of cases and the importance of elementary cases. The result manifests that lose of bearing precision has more effect on lose efficacy and self defect has less effect on it. Based on the result, we can quantification ally assess main reasons of malfunction, providing reliable foundation to formulate reasonable precaution and main reasons of malfunction, providing reliable foundation to formulate reasonable precaution and maintenance measures and prevent bearings from early lose efficacy.
