变刚度印刷滚筒的新型支承方法设计和支承性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 印刷滚筒挠曲变形过大一直是制约现代印刷机发展的重要因素,其原因在于印刷滚筒自身及其支承部件的刚度不足。从提高印刷滚筒支承刚度的层面出发,提出了预负荷弹性支承方法,给出了预负荷弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承的设计思路,研究了基于预负荷弹性支承的变刚度印刷滚筒支承性能。结果表明,印刷工况下预负荷弹性轴承填充度最优值为65%,且预负荷弹性支承方法能一定程度降低印刷滚筒挠曲变形,研究结果将对印刷滚筒支承部件的设计提供重要的参考依据。 The excessive deflection of the printing roller has been an important factor that restricts the development of the modern printing press, which is due to the lack of rigidity of the printing roller itself and its supporting components. Based on the improvement of the supporting rigidity of the printing cylinder, a preload elastic support method is proposed. The design idea of the pre loaded elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing is given, and the supporting performance of the variable stiffness printing roller based on the preload elastic support is studied. The results show that the optimum filling degree of the preload elastic bearing is 65% under the printing condition, and the elastic support method of preload can reduce the flexure deformation of the printing roller to a certain extent, the results of the study will provide important reference for the design of the supporting parts of the printing roller.
