摘要
以某型汽车发动机活塞作为疲劳寿命分析的对象,用Pro/E软件建立了三维实体模型,并将其导入ANSYS软件进行网格划分,输入各项物理参数,加上工作温度及气体压力,得到其温度场及应力场,对其进行疲劳寿命预测,为结构优化设计提供了技术参考。
Take the piston of a kind of automobile engine as the analysis object,and model it in computer,temperature cloud charts and stress field are analyzed according to the actual working station. The fatigue life prediction was made,and provides a reference for structural optimization design.
