摘要
提出了一种汽车差速器非圆齿轮的等强度设计的方法。非圆齿轮可以传递周期性变化的转矩,因此,每个齿承受载荷不等,对齿轮寿命产生不利影响。文中设计了汽车差速器非圆齿轮,该齿轮在节曲线上齿厚相等,基于有限元方法计算一对啮合齿轮每个齿的接触应力和弯曲应力,根据应力大小分布规律,重新进行非圆齿轮轮齿厚度和齿廓一对一设计,使大小齿轮及单个齿轮各齿受力更均匀,达到等强度目的。新设计的非圆齿轮应力计算证明了该设计方法的有效性。
A new design method for differential non-circular gears with equivalent strength was put forward. Non-circular gear can transform cyclic torque, so every gear tooth stands unequal load, which is disadvantaged for noncircular gears life. A kind of differential noncircular gears are designed which has equal tooth thick on pitch curves. On working conditions, the contact and bending stress of every couple of tooth are calculated by FEM. According to the results the noncircular gears are redesigned by modifying tooth contour and thick for every couple. In this way, all couples of gear teeth have more uniform strength but different contour shapes. The finite element analysis for new non-circular gears shows that the solution is efficient and practical.
