摘要 针对压电传感器在高温、高冲击等复杂环境工作性能分析的需要,文中分析了等效外载荷、温度预紧和过盈接触预紧3种螺栓预紧方法的适用性,对比分析了参数过盈预紧法和模型过盈预紧法的分析效率和一致性。文中提出了适应于温度场与冲击耦合工况的螺栓预紧新方法——基于迭代的过盈预紧法(ICPIC)。该方法通过参数法快速迭代出精确的模型几何尺寸,采用过盈接触准确表达预紧结构内在关系,实现螺栓预紧模型的准确表达。通过案例分析,验证了该方法的有效性和普遍适用性。 With the demands of the PZT sensor performance anylysis under high temperature and high impact enviroment,this paper analysis the feasibility of equivalent load method, temperature preload method and interference contact preload method, compare the analysis efficiency and accordance between data interference preload method and model interference preload method. A new bolt preload method which has good perfomance in decoupleing the high temperature and high impact is proposed-interference contact preload basing on iterative computation(ICPIC). With this method, the accurate model geometry dimension is fastly produced by iterative computation, and the internal relation of the preload structure is exactly performed by interference contact, which achieved the aim of persice bolt preload model. The validity and general applicability of this method is verified by example.
