摘要
根据光电设备的性能指标要求,设计了一种伺服跟踪转台。采用小型化、模块化设计理念,选取典型的俯仰-方位型两轴转台结构形式。运用Creo软件建立转台三维模型,并对轴系精度进行分析;运用ANSYS分析软件对三维模型进行模态分析,得出转台前6阶模态的固有频率和振型。试验结果及实际使用效果表明,伺服跟踪转台的结构设计能满足设计指标要求,并为伺服跟踪转台的开发设计提供了理论基础。
According to the performance requirements of the electro-optical equipment, a servo tracking turntable is designed in this paper. Theminiature and modular design idea is adopted, and the typical pitching-azimuth and two-axle turntable structure is selected. What’s more, Creo software is used to build 3D model, and the shafting accuracy isanalyzed; ANSYS software isapplied to carry out modal analysis of 3D model, and the first 6 order natural frequency and vibration mode of servo tracking turntable are obtained. The test results and the actual effect show that the structure design of the servo tracking turntable could satisfy the design requirements and provide theoretical foundation for the design of the servo tracking turntable.
