摘要
在方案设计时建立箱体三维模型,并基于ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,主要分析了城轨车辆正常运行情况下的八种工况;并利用Goodman曲线评价箱体上各个节点的应力范围,验证铸铁箱体结构设计的合理性。
The 3D model for gearbox is builded in design stage, and it is analyzed with FEA(Finite Element Analysis)by ANSYS software,especially the eight running condition when City rail vehicle runs normally; Evaluation with the Goodman Curve,the press of every point of gearbox model is within the Goodman Curve, confirming the rationality of structure design for the cast iron gearbox.
