摘要
阐述了Zr-4合金燃料包壳环向拉伸的重要性。建立了拉伸夹具和包壳试样的有限元模型。对包壳应力应变分布,夹具与试样的接触应力、摩擦应力、滑动位移及接触状态进行了分析。对比分析了不同尺寸的包壳试样拉伸后应力分布特征,以及相同尺寸情况下,模拟包壳试样与物理实验试样拉伸后的典型形貌特征。
The importance of ring tension of Zr-4 alloy nuclear fuel cladding tube was described. The FEM of fixture and cladding tube samples was established.The cladding tube was analyzed including of equivalent stress,elastic strain,pressure,frictional stress,sliding distance and sates.The Stress distribution characteristics of cladding tubes with different sizes were analyzed.As well as the typical characteristics of the simulated and physical experimental cladding tube samples with the same size were analyzed.
