摘要
针对企业现有液压制动卡钳需要轻量化的要求,对卡钳进行强度和刚度的有限元分析,所得结果远优于其设计要求,有很大的优化设计空间。在满足其结构需求的前提下,以最小化其整体体积为目标,拔模方向、模式组及其刚度为约束,基于HyperWorks中的OptiStruct模块对其进行拓扑优化设计,达到减重目的,提高了材料利用率。
In view of the lightweight requirements of the existing hydraulic brake calipers in the enterprise,perform finite element analysis of caliper strength and stiffness, the results are much better than the design requirements and the caliper hasgreat optimization design space.Under the premise of meeting its structural requirements, the draw direction, pattern grouping and stiffness are constrained to minimize the overall volume, topology optimization designfor the caliper based on OptiStruct module in HyperWorks,to achieve the purpose of weight loss and improve the utilization of materials.
