立卧复合镗铣床的数控改造及应用

摘要 某型复合镗铣床电气改造,选用西门子828D BASIC M经济型数控系统,主轴保留原变频电机,选用安川高性能变频器,通过设置系统参数和优化变频器参数、开发PLC控制程序,实现立卧主轴共4个挡位的高低挡控制,较之传统改造用主轴伺服电机与驱动,降低了成本,提高了性价比,同时提高了原机床的稳定性、加工精度和效率,达到了改造的目的。 The composite millming and boring,The sinumerik 828 D is used for the electrical System upgrade, The spindle is retained the original variable frequency motor, The high performance inverter of Yaskawa is used for the spindle configuration,We can set up the system parameters and optimize the inverter parameters and the development of PLC control program, We can realize horizontal and vertical high and low control of main spindle, a total of four gear, than traditional upgrade with spindle servo motor and drive, reduced the upgrade cost, improved cost performance, improved the stability of the original machine, improved its processing precision and efficiency, achieve the target of the upgrade
