摘要
针对目前螺旋锥齿轮齿顶倒棱多为手工加工,加工环境恶劣的现状,设计了一种基于六轴工业机器人的螺旋锥齿轮齿顶倒棱工作站。该工作站通过机器人带动高速回转的刀具沿螺旋锥齿轮的齿顶曲线运动,完成对单个轮齿齿顶的倒棱加工;借助机器人系统与外部运动控制系统的实时通讯,倒棱加工与机器人实现与伺服转台的分度配合,完成齿轮全部轮齿的自动倒棱加工。
In view of the present situation that the addendum chamfering of spiral bevel gears is mostly manual processing,a chamfering workstation based on the six axis industrial robot is designed. In this workstation, the robot drives the high-speed rotary tool to move along the addendum of the spiral bevel gear to complete the processing of the chamfering of single addendum. Through the communication between the robot system and the external motion control system, the robot can work together with the servo turn-table to realize the automation of the addendum chamfering of spiral bevel gears.
