摘要
近年来,我国冷轧带钢的生产需求量呈逐年上升的趋势,发展前景非常广阔,新建的冷轧生产线很多。在进行生产线方案设计、工艺布置过程中,轧制规程制订及轧制力能参数计算是一项比较繁杂的工作。由于涉及的公式参数比较多,完整计算需要翻阅很多资料,各公式的适用范围和参数的选取也需要丰富的实际经验。对相关从业人员来说工作量太大,需要梳理出一个实用的操作性强的系统的计算流程,能够相对方便地计算出冷轧带钢的轧制力能参数。冷轧带钢一般推荐采用BLAND-FORD HILL简化公式计算轧制力,文中全面介绍了计算中使用到的全部计算公式,并对所有参数的选取及意义进行了详尽的说明,对相关技术人员具有很强的参考性。
In recent years, the production demand of cold rolled strip in China has been increasing year by year, and the development prospect is very broad. In the process of production line plan design and process layout, rolling procedure formulation and rolling force parameter calculation is a complicated job. Because of the more parameters involved in the formula, a lot of information is needed to complete the complete calculation. The scope of application and the selection of the parameters also need rich practical experience. For the relevant employees, the workload is too large, it is necessary to comb out a practical and operational system calculation method, and can be relatively convenient to calculate the force and energy parameters of the cold rolled strip. This paper mainly discusses the method of calculating the cold rolling force using the simplified formula of BLAND-FORD HILL, introduces all the calculation formulas used in the calculation, and gives a detailed description of the selection and significance of the parameters, and has a strong reference to the relevant practitioners.
