价值工程在制造型企业管理中的有效应用

Effective application of Value Engineering in manufacturing enterprise management

文中提出运用一种价值分析法(Value Analysis,VA),即"发明改革是提升价值最有效的方法"是降低优化成本、提高经济效益的有效方法。将技术与经济价值结合来深入研究生产和管理的延伸问题,这就是价值工程(Value Engineering,VE)。学习运用以上两种技术与经济有效结合的管理方法,试行于我企业的管理模式。最终达到优化产品结构、提升生产效率、降低运营成本、提升企业竞争力的目的。

The venter is proposed using a Value Analysis(VA), Namely 'Invention reform is the most effective way to enhance Value' is the effective method to reduce the optimization cost, improve the economic benefit.Combining technology with economic Value to further study the extension of production and management, this is Value Engineering(VE).In this study, we use the above two technologies to combine with the economic and effective management methods, and try out the management mode of our enterprise.Finally, the purpose of optimizing product structure, improving production efficiency, reducing operation cost and improving enterprise competitiveness is achieved.
