摘要
突出实践性教学环节特色,聚焦学生自学能力和创新能力培养,提出了一种新的机械原理课程设计教学案例。增加基于连杆机构的工业取放料机械手认知实验环节,利用虚拟样机软件ADAMS完成机构运动、动态静力分析。给出了教学案例的设计思想,详细介绍了认知实验、题目布置、学时与进度安排和分析计算结果等实施环节。通过该教学案例的实施能够大大增强学生学习的主动性,显著提升学生的动手能力和创新能力,具备一定的推广价值。
A new teaching case design of course exercise of mechanical theory is presented on the basis of highlighting the characteristics of practical teaching links and focusing on the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability and innovation ability.A cognitive experiment of the industrial taking-putting material manipulator which is based on the link mechanism is added and the virtual prototype technology ADAMS is used to complete mechanism motion/dynamic static force analysis. The design concept of the teaching case is given,and the implementation steps of cognitive experiment,topic arrangement,class hour and schedule arrangement,analysis and calculation results are introduced in detail. The implementation of the teaching case can greatly enhance the initiative of students,improve the students’ hands-on ability and innovation ability and also has a certain promotion value.
