摘要
针对《机械设计》中存在接触角的角接触球轴承和圆锥滚子轴承,分析了派生轴向力的产生及轴向力大小对滚动体上载荷分布的影响,在此基础上明确了这两类轴承径向载荷和轴向载荷的计算。通过分析可以看出在同等径向载荷的作用下,适当增加轴向力,可使受载的滚动体数目增多,保证轴承可靠工作。这两类轴承成对安装使用时,可通过标定限位轴承和非限位轴承来计算实际轴向力。
This paper analyzed the derived axial force and load distribution on rolling body of angular contact ball bearing and tapered roller bearing. It can be seen that the number of rolling body bearing load will increase and the bearing may operate more reliably when a appropriately enlarged axial force is applied on the bearing. The actual axial force of these pair-used angular contact bearings can be calculated by confirming the limit bearing and non-limiting bearing.
