摘要
基于机械设计课程理论较为抽象的问题,提出了将CAE技术讲解应用于机械设计中的初步方案,并且以滚动轴承受力仿真为例,结合CAE建模讲解与滚动轴承受力分析,讲述滚动轴承工作机理及受力特性,加强学生对于机械设计的理解,提高学生对于CAE技术和机械设计理论的认知。
Based on the theory of mechanical design course more abstract problem,CAE technology is put forward to explain the application in the preliminary scheme of mechanical design. For example,the simulation of rolling bearing is introduced into the course teaching. Combining the CAE model development and bearing force analysis,the working mechanism and mechanical characteristics of rolling bearing are described. This method can help student understand the mechanical design and improve the Student’s understanding of the mechanical design theory and CAE simulation technology.
