摘要
为进一步加强高校师资队伍建设、提升高校人才培养质量,在分析当前高校青年教师培训普遍存在问题的基础上,结合我校青年教师培训情况,提出了几点高校青年教师培训体系建设建议。
In order to further enhance team construction of university teachers and improve quality of talents training,based on the analysis of the current common problems about training of young university teachers and combined with the training of young teachers in our university,put forward a few suggestions about construction of training system for young university teachers.
