摘要
创新设计能力培养是高校新工科建设的一个重要环节。本文在分析新工科建设中创新设计人才培养需求的基础上,构建基于群决策方法的创新设计能力综合评价模型,建立评价指标体系,应用TOPSIS理论进行单独决策,以Borda法进行决策综合,该方法改变了传统的教师主观评价模式,为全面提高新工科教育教学质量提供了新途径。
Training innovation design ability is a key link in emerging engineering education. This paper based on the talents cultivation demand of emerging engineering education,constructing group decision based innovation design ability comprehensive evaluation model,building evaluation index system,the separated decision is carrying by TOPSIS,and decision synthesis is carrying by Borda. This method changes conventional teacher subjective evaluation model,it provides a new channel for improving quality of emerging engineering education.
