摘要 近十几年谐波传动技术应用越来越广泛,尤其在航天、军事、机器人等高端领域的传动中起到举足轻重的作用。让学生掌握谐波传动技术不仅对其自身的发展起到积极作用,更能为我国机械传动学科的发展培养技术人才。介绍了谐波齿轮的组成、工作原理,基本应用;利用谐波齿轮开发教学实验和进行实验设备研制,为学生深刻理解理论知识、培养动手能力、培养创新实践能力和全面提高综合素质提供条件。对提升学校的教育水平也有促进作用。 Harmonic drive technology has become more and more widely used in recent decades,especially in the transmission of high-end fields such as aerospace,military,and robotics. Allowing students to master harmonic transmission technology not only plays a positive role in their own development,but also enables the training of technical talents for the development of China’s mechanical transmission discipline. The composition,working principle and basic application of harmonic gear are introduced. The development of teaching experiment and development of experimental equipment by using harmonic gears provide conditions for students to deeply understand theoretical knowledge,cultivate practical ability,cultivate innovative practical ability and comprehensively improve overall quality. It also has a role in promoting the educational level of schools.
