Development of comprehensive performance test equipment for high precision RV reducer for robot

通过机器人用高端减速机综合性能试验台相关技术的研究,建立了一套机器人用精密减速机(即RV减速机和谐波减速机)的刚度、背隙、回差、传动误差和机械效率的试验测试规范;研制的高端减速机综合性能试验台是一台具有精密检测能力的高端试验装备,用于旋转矢量减速器(俗称RV减速机)的综合性能测试,可测试减速器的带载传动精度、背隙(回差)、刚度、空载摩擦转矩和传动效率。具有通用RV产品的综合测试功能。是精密机器人减速机研发和生产可靠的试验检测平台。

Through the research on the related technology of comprehensive performance test equipment for high precision RV reducer for robot,a set of test specifications of robot with precision reducer(i.e.,the RV reducer and harmonic reducer)have been established,including itsstiffness,transmission error of back clearance,return difference,and the mechanical efficiency.This test bench is a piece of high-level test equipment,which is capable of precise detection for rotation vector reducer(i.e.,the RV reducer) comprehensive performance test. It can also test load transmission accuracy of gear reducer,back gap(back),stiffness,light friction torque and transmission efficiency. It has the comprehensive test function of general RV products and is a reliable testing platform for the development and production of precision robot reducer.
