摘要
针对风力发电机组变桨齿轮,基于风力发电机组标准IEC 61400-1和齿轮设计标准ISO 6336,对其计算方法进行研究与探索。提出了根据风机变桨状态和变桨角度,合成各个齿载荷时序并分别计算齿轮强度的计算流程与方法,为实际工程应用提供了指导。结合多个实际风力发电机组作为实例,对比了文中所提方法与GL风力发电机组认证导则中简化算法的计算结果。结果表明,文中所提方法考虑了齿轮静止状态情况,较GL认证导则方法更为合理,齿轮裕度更小,为提高变桨系统可靠性提供了更为严谨的设计方法。
In this article, based on the Standard IEC 61400-1(Wind Turbine)and the Standard ISO 6336(Gear Design),the analysis is conducted on the pitch gear of wind turbine. On the basis of the pitch’s state and angle, the method of calculation and its processes are presented: extract the load sequence of each gear and calculate the gear’s strength, which provides practical guidance for many projects. In conjunction with a number of wind turbines, a comparison is made between the proposed method and the simplified algorithm of GL’s guideline for the certification of wind turbine. The results show that the proposed method, with the gear’s static state taken into account, is more reasonable than the GL method. Besides, the gear’s margin is smaller, which means that this method, rigorous as it is, ensures a higher standard of the reliability of pitch system.
