摘要
提出了一种可通过循环运动完成升降功能,且稳定、可靠的模块组合式立体循环自行车库系统设计方法。首先介绍了该车库的基本工作原理;然后对车库结构进行了设计,主要包括二级模块尺寸设计和行星轮系设计,并采用Pro/E软件完成了三维建模。为了防止运动过程中发生干涉,采用MATLAB软件完成了车库模块的运动学分析和优化设计。
In this article,a bicycle garage system featuring module assembly and vertical circulation is presented.It,stable and reliable as it is,can be lifted through cyclic motions.First,the basic principle of the garage is introduced;then,is structural design is described,including the size of two-level modules and the planetary gear system.Besides,the 3 D modeling is carried out with the aid of the Pro/E software.In order to prevent interference during the movement,the MATLAB software is adopted for the kinematic analysis and optimization of the garage.
