摘要 为了解决传统电磁振动投饵机存在的输送效率低、噪声大、工作不稳定等问题,使用二次回归设计建立振动烈度和送料时间关于显著因子的回归方程,并利用MATLAB对振动烈度和送料时间进行了多目标优化,试验结果表明:电压、通电频率、弹簧刚度、气隙会对机体振动烈度和输送效率产生不同的影响。而利用试验设计方法可以准确地描述输入变量和输出响应的函数关系,为电磁振动投饵机的精确设计提供了理论依据。 In order to solve the problem that the traditional electromagnetic vibration feeding system has the disadvantages of low transmission efficiency,much noise and instability,in this article,the regression equation of vibration intensity and feeding time on significant factor is set up by means of the second-regression design,and both the vibration intensity and the feeding time are optimized by MATLAB.The experimental results show that voltage,energizing frequency,spring stiffness and air gap have different effects on the feeding system’s vibration intensity and transportation efficiency.With the aid of experimental design,the functional relationship of the input variable and the output response is identified accurately,which provides theoretical basis for the precise design of the electromagnetic vibration feeding system.
