摘要
硅油风扇离合器是发动机冷却系统的重要配套部件之一,对改善发动机冷却性能、经济性、排放、振动、噪声和寿命等都存在影响。论述了硅油风扇离合器的理论分析、影响因素、传动控制方式和测试系统的研究现状与进展,讨论并展望了硅油风扇离合器设计需要进一步研究的问题。
The silicone-oil fan clutch is one of the important components in the engine’s cooling system,which exerts influence on the engine’s performance in many aspects of cooling,economy,emission,vibration,noise,and service life.This article illustrates the status quo of the research on the engine’s silicone-oil fan clutch,including the theoretical foundation,influencing factors,transmission control,and test system of silicone-oil fan clutch,and makes a prospect.In addition,it proposes the problems related to the design of silicone-oil fan clutch in the future.
