面向振动颗粒康复仪按摩强度的模拟与分析 被引量:4

摘要 振动颗粒康复仪中,颗粒的运动特性影响康复效果,颗粒运动特性与康复仪的激振频率及颗粒层深度有关,为探究这些参数对按摩强度的影响,利用EDEM软件对康复仪按摩过程进行数值模拟。随着振动频率的增加,颗粒流对肢体模型的法向冲击按摩和切向摩擦按摩强度逐渐增大;随着颗粒层由浅到深,颗粒流对肢体的冲击按摩和摩擦按摩强度逐渐增大。募集志愿者参与试验并对康复仪按摩强度进行主观评价,得出结论与仿真一致。根据康复仪激振频率及颗粒层深度对颗粒流按摩特性的影响,为截肢患者选择合理的治疗方案。 For the vibrating-particle rehabilitation instrument,the motion characteristics of the particles affect the rehabilitation effect;the characteristics are related to the excitation frequency and the depth of the particle layer.In order to explore the influence of these parameters on the massage intensity,the EDEM software is employed to conduct the numerical simulation on the massage process.As the vibration frequency increases,the intensity of the particle flow’s normal impacting massage and tangential friction massage on the limb model increases gradually;as the particle layer changes from shallow to deep,the intensity of the particle flow’s impacting massage and friction massage on the limb model increases gradually.The volunteers participating in the experiment have evaluated the intensity of vibrating-particle rehabilitation instrument,and the conclusions are consistent with the simulation results.According to the influence of the excitation frequency and the depth of the particle layer on the massage characteristics of the particle flow,some reasonable rehabilitation plans can be formulated for patients with amputation.
