某型航空发动机涡轮部件性能衰退模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 作为航空发动机的重要组成部分,涡轮部件承受着高温高速燃气产生的热载荷和气动载荷及自身旋转产生的离心载荷等,因此对其性能监控是十分必要的。文中参照国内某航空公司监控航空发动机涡轮部件性能所依据的标准,对某型航空发动机的高压涡轮转子部件在各种载荷作用下所受的应力应变进行分析,并且结合S-N曲线法和Manson-Coffin的Morrow修正法对其疲劳寿命进行了预测研究,建立了涡轮部件的性能衰退模型,为航空发动机维护和性能的监控提供了参考依据。 As an important part of engine,the turbine components are subjected to thermal and aerodynamic loads caused by high temperature and high speed gas and centrifugal loads resulting from rotation.Thereby,it is necessary to monitor their performance.In this article,with reference to the standard of a domestic airline company to monitor the performance of aero-engine turbine components,the stress strain of the high-pressure turbine rotor under various loads is analyzed.Besides,S-N Curve Method and Manson-Coffin Morrow Method are adopted to predict the fatigue life of turbine components.The performance degradation model of turbine components is set up,which provides reference for the maintenance and performance monitoring of aero engine.
