基于微胶囊感压传感原理的模切压力测试方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 模切是精美包装印刷不可或缺的印后加工工艺,模切压力是影响模切质量的关键参数,但目前国内外尚无准确直接测量模切压力的方法。文中将微胶囊感压呈色传感原理应用于模切机压力精确测量,提出了模拟模切胶板和标准垫块两种模切压力直接测试方法,得到了模切压力分布图。提出了5种模切压力数据处理方法,综合考虑各方面因素,提出了一种模切压力直接测试最优数据处理方法;利用该方法对模切压力进行了精确数值计算,并得到了工程上可接受的误差范围。研究表明:模切压力直接测试方法有效,满足工程要求。基于微胶囊感压传感的模切压力直接测试方法为高速模切机的动态设计提供一种新途径。 Die cutting is an essential post-printing process of exquisite packaging and printing,and die-cutting pressure is a key parameter which influences the die-cutting quality.Currently,there is no accurate method for directly testing the die-cutting pressure both at home and abroad.In this article,the color-sensitive principle of micro-capsule pressure sensing is applied to the die-cutting machine,for a high accuracy in the die-cutting pressure test.Two methods are employed to directly testing the diecutting pressure with the aid of the stimulated die-cutting rubber plate and the standard pad;the distribution diagram of diecutting pressure is obtained.Five data-processing methods for die-cutting pressure are put forward;with various factors taken into consideration,the most effective method is identified,which is helpful for calculating the die-cutting pressure accurately,and the acceptable error range is obtained.The results show that this method meets the engineering requirements,and based on micro-capsule pressure sensing,it provides a new way for the dynamic design of high-speed die-cutting machine.
