小锥度锥形孔电解加工的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对常规加工方法难以满足在难加工材料上进行锥形孔加工的难题,尤其是小锥度锥形孔的加工,本文建立了小锥度锥形孔电解加工的多物理场耦合数学模型,基于COMSOL开展了电解加工过程的多物理场耦合仿真,进行了小锥度锥形孔的电解加工试验研究,通过设置不同的阴极进给速度、工作电压分别得到不同锥度锥形孔的仿真和试验测量轮廓曲线,并进行对比分析,总结工艺参数对锥形孔轮廓曲线的影响规律,验证加工过程多物理场耦合仿真模型的准确性。 Currently,by means of the traditional machining method,the task of processing the tapered holes on those materials difficult to be processed can be hardly performed,especially for processing the small-dimensional tapered holes.Thus,in this article,the multi-physics coupled mathematical model of electrochemical machining small-dimensional tapered holes is worked out;the related multi-physics coupled simulation is carried out based on COMSOL.By setting different cathodes feeding rates and working voltages,the profile curves of the tapered holes with different dimensions are simulated and measured.The influence of the process parameters on the tapered hole’s profile curve is explored,which proves that the multi-physics coupled simulation model of the machining process is accurate.
