摘要
防护结构作为立式加工中心的重要功能部件,其结构设计方法对提升立式加工中心的产品质量和附加值具有重要意义。通过分析现有立式加工中心系列机床各部件间的布局、结构与运动特点,从功能区域划分、防护基准及误差补偿计算与防护临界位置3方面确定了立式加工中心防护结构的设计基准,对拉门大小、上下导轨、视窗大小、位置与材质、系统操作箱与防水防屑结构的设计原则和方法进行总结。以VMC850E立式加工中心防护结构设计为例,验证该设计方法的有效性,并总结出立式加工中心引水引屑的基本原则。
Protective structure is an important functional component of vertical machining center.Its structural design method is of great significance to improve product quality and added value of vertical machining center.The protective structure design basis of vertical machining center were dertermined by functional regional division,protective benchmark and error compensation claculation,protective critical position through the analysis of layout,structural features and movement characteristics between each part in the existed vertical machining center series.The design principles and method of sliding door size,guide rails,window size,position,material,system operating box and waterproof and chip-proof structure were summarized.The design of protecive strtucture of VMC850 E vertical machining center was taken as an example to verify accuracy of this design method.The basic principles of water diversion and chip-proof of vertical machining center were presented.
