摘要
齿侧间隙的测量是齿轮副啮合质量检测的重要环节之一。针对现有测量方法效率和精度不高的问题,以汽车取力器中准双曲面齿轮为研究对象,提出了一种精度和效率较高的全齿侧间隙自动化测量方法。设计试验台对其进行试验验证,讨论了试验台硬件设计、机械结构和控制策略,并分析了齿侧间隙的影响因素。最后验证该方法能够测得齿轮副全齿侧间隙值,达到工业生产要求的效率和精度。研究结果对实现取力器全齿侧间隙的自动化检测有理论和实用价值。
The measurement of the gear backlash is one of the important steps in the quality detection of gear-pair meshing.Currently,the measurement method suffers from such problems as low efficiency and inaccuracy.In this article,with the hypoid gear in the automobile PTO as the research object,an automatic method for full gear backlash with high precision and high efficiency is proposed.The test bench is designed for experimental verification;the hardware,mechanical structure and control strategy of the test bench are explored;the factors that affect the backlash are analyzed.It’s proved that the method ensures the value of gear backlash with the required precision and high efficiency of industrial production.The results provide theoretical and practical significance for the automatic quality detection of gear meshing.
