摘要
为提升我国海洋装备的整体创新水平,对海洋垃圾清理装备进行仿生设计。介绍了海洋装备仿生领域的研究现状,在现有仿生方法基础上,提出整体性结构仿生设计方法。设计过程包括选择仿生生物、生物结构特征提取、结构特征与装备融合、方案创新设计及结果评价。以海洋垃圾清理装备为例,重点模仿鲸鲨独特的滤食性结构,分步骤完成造型与关键功能的结构仿生设计。最终通过装备结构动力学振动评估,验证该设计方法的有效性,提高海洋装备的开发效率。
A bionic design of garbage cleaning equipment was performed to promote innovation level of domestic ocean equipments.The current research status of ocean bionic equipments was introduced.On the basis of current bionic method,a structural bionic design method was proposed.The design procedure included selection of bionic living creatures,extraction of biological structural features,integration of features and products,innovative design as well as result evaluation.Ocean garbage cleaning equipment design was taken as an example to simulate the unique filter feeding structure of whale sharks.The shape modeling and structural bionic design of key functions was realized step by step.Finally,the effectiveness of this design scheme was verified through structural dynamical vibration analysis to improve development efficiency of ocean equipments.
