摘要
为了研究航空发动机管路在真实复杂环境下的振动特性,以典型的L型航空发动机液压管路为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench,首先分析了流体压力对管路固有频率的影响,之后分析了管路在流体冲击的预应力作用下,管路受发动机基础简谐激励的振动响应特性,分别得出了管路相应的应力、应变响应幅值图。仿真结果对比表明,流体压力对管路的固有频率影响很小,流体压力的增大会加大管路在发动机基础激励下的振动响应。最后基于分析结果提出了针对L型液压管路振动故障预防的一些建议。
Taking the typical L aero-engine hydraulic pipeline as the research object,study the vibration characteristics of aero-engine piping in real and complex environments.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the influence of fluid pressure on the natural frequency of the pipeline was analyzed.Then the vibration response characteristics of the pipeline under the prestress of fluid shock were analyzed.The corresponding frequency response of stress and strain are obtained.The comparison of simulation results shows that the fluid pressure has little effect on the natural frequency of the pipeline,and the increase of fluid pressure will increase the vibration response of the pipeline under the excitation of the engine foundation.Finally,based on the analysis results,some suggestions for the prevention of vibration faults of L type hydraulic pipelines are proposed.
