摘要
文中考虑主轴-刀柄-刀具结合面的接触刚度,基于ANSYS软件建立了高速电主轴的静动态特性分析有限元模型。由静力学分析、模态分析与谐响应分析得到电主轴的静态位移、振型、固有频率、关键点的响应位移,以及静刚度和动刚度。文中的研究为高速电主轴的设计提供了良好的理论参考。
Considering the contact stiffness of the spindle-holder-tool joints,the finite element model of static and dynamic characteristics analysis of high-speed electric spindle is established based on ANSYS software.The static and dynamic characteristics of the dual-rotor system are studied.The static displacement,mode shape,natural frequency,response displacement,static stiffness and dynamic stiffness of the electric spindle under the working condition are obtained.This study provides a good theoretical reference for the design of high speed electric spindle.
