摘要
以单螺杆挤出机机头流道为研究对象,利用ANSYS-POLYFLOW软件分析研究同一机头挤出不同宽度制品的工艺条件下机头流道中速度场、压力场、剪切应力场及温度场情况,结果表明:相同产量情况下,同一挤出机机头流道挤出不同宽度规格制品时,制品在出口无法完全实现全宽范围速度、压力、剪切应力和温度等参数均匀性。故同一挤出机机头无法真正满足轮胎企业生产不同规格制品的工艺需求。未来研发设计中,橡胶挤出机流道可采用组合式设计来满足行业生产工艺需求。
Taking the flow path of the single-screw extruder head as the research object,ANSYS-POLYFLOW software was used to analyze the velocity field,pressure field,shear stress field and temperature field in the nozzle flow path under the process conditions of the same head extrusion different width products.The results showed that,under the same production conditions,when the same extruder head flow channel extrudes products of different width specifications,the product could not fully realize the parameter uniformity of full width,pressure,shear stress and temperature at the exit.Therefore,the same extruder head can not really meet the process requirements of tire companies producing different specifications.In the future R&D design,the rubber extruder flow channel can be combined to meet the needs of the industry’s production process.
