摘要
以立柱式吊车为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其金属结构的动态特性进行研究,通过模态分析和谐响应分析确定出结构的固有频率、振型及对结构动态特性影响最大的模态,通过灵敏度分析研究结构参数对其动态特性的影响程度。通过研究可得,该立柱式吊车金属结构在非工作状态下的前8阶模态表现如下:该结构的第1,2,4,5,6阶振型包含了悬臂的摆动振型,第5,6阶振型包含了立柱的摆动振型,第3,4,7,8振型包含了立柱的弯曲振型,其中,第2阶模态是对结构动态特性影响最大的模态,结构参数w3,w4,w5,h5,t62,w2,t61,h2,t7,t21,t22,t52,h6,h3对其动态特性影响较大。
Taking the column crane as the object,the dynamic characteristics of its metal structure was studied by the finite element software ANSYS.The natural frequency,vibration mode and modal which have the greatest influence on the dynamic characteristics of the structure were determined by modal analysis and harmonic analysis.The influence of structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics was analyzed by sensitivity analysis.The first eight modes of the metal structure of the column crane under non-working conditions are shown as follows:The 1 st,2 nd,4 th,5 th and 6 th modes of the structure include the swing modes of the cantilever,the 5 th and 6 th modes include the swing modes of the column,and the 3 rd,4 th,7 th and 8 th modes include the bending modes of the column.Among them,the most important influence on the dynamic characteristics of the structure is the 2 nd order mode.Structural parameters w3,w4,w5,h5,t62,w2,t61,h2,t7,t21,t22,t52,h6,h3 have great influence on its dynamic characteristics.
