摘要
针对全自动贴标机不干胶标签纸带断裂,贴标位置不准确等问题,对标签剥离过程进行研究,以剥离板刀口曲率半径与纸带包角两个关键因素进行分析。得出了在剥离板刀口曲率半径取值范围内,减小刀口曲率半径可以有效降低驱动功率,提高取标可靠性,同时可以根据刀口曲率半径选择合适包角,以降低纸带与剥离板摩擦力,有效提高贴标效率的结论。研究成果为全自动贴标机标签剥离机构的设计提供了有益借鉴。
Aiming at the problems of self-adhesive labeling machine self-adhesive label paper tape breakage,inaccurate labeling position,et al,the label peeling process was studied,and the two key factors of the peeling plate edge curvature radius and the tape wrapping angle were analyzed.It is concluded that within the range of the radius of curvature of the peeling plate edge,reducing the radius of curvature of the knife edge can effectively reduce the driving power and improve the reliability of the marking.At the same time,the appropriate wrapping angle can be selected according to the radius of curvature of the cutting edge to reduce the friction between the paper strip and the peeling plate.Force,effectively improve the efficiency of labeling.The research results provide a useful reference for the design of the automatic labeling machine label peeling mechanism.
