摘要
航空发动机性能的优劣、可靠性的高低很大程度上取决于其关键部件涡轮叶片。涡轮叶片的原始设计数据较难获得,不得不依靠逆向造型技术,采用Imageware重构涡轮叶片的外形结构,采用三维造型软件UG实体化涡轮叶片,以实现涡轮叶片CAD模型的重构,为后续的失效分析提供坚定的基础。
The good or bad performance and the level of reliability of aero-engine depend largely on the key components of turbine blade.The original design data of turbine blade is difficult to obtain,and it has to rely on the reverse modeling technology to reconstruct the shape of turbine blade by using Imageware,and materialize turbine blade by using the three-dimensional modeling software UG,in order to realize reconstruction of the CAD model of turbine blade,and provide a solid foundation for subsequent failure analysis.
