摘要
对于新兴的管廊工程而言,管廊建设必须兼顾人防的设计标准和规范已陆续出台,而其口部的防护设备却仍处于研发阶段,应用领域尚属空白。针对管廊投料口的防护特点和要求,提出了一种基于4 mm薄钢板研发的新型投料口防护设备及其结构设计方案,其执行机构采用模块化的布置理念,解决了传统类似封堵设备质量大、外观差和不易安装维护的难题。之后,基于建立的有限元分析模型对门扇截面和骨架布置进行了优化计算,进一步验证设计的合理性和可靠性。最后,提出相应的理论分析方法,将数值解和有限元分析结果进行对比,总结出两种校核方式的异同点。综上,针对新型防护设备的特点提出了相应的结构设计方案和分析校核的关键技术,具有一定的前瞻性和战备效益。
For emerging pipe gallery engineering,the pipe gallery construction must take into account the design of civil air defense standards and specifications which have been tabled.However,the protective equipment of the pipe gallery feeding port is still in development,and its application fields is blank.According to the characteristics and protection requirements of the pipe gallery feeding port,this paper proposes a new type of protective equipment of the pipe gallery feeding port and its structure design based on the 4 mm sheet steel.The actuator adopts the modular arrangement concept to settle the difficult problem that the traditional civil air defense equipment has heavy quality,poor appearance and is not easy to install and maintain as to the pipe gallery feeding port.Then,based on the finite element analysis model established,optimization analysis of door leaf cross section and skeleton arrangement is carried on,which further verify the rationality and reliability of the design.Finally,the corresponding theoretical analysis method is put forward,and then this paper sums up the similarities and differences of two kinds of checking methods,comparing the results of numerical solution and the finite element analysis.In conclusion,according to the characteristics of the new type of protective equipment,the corresponding structure design and the key technology of analysis and check is put forward,which have certain advance,theoretical meaning and combat readiness benefits.
