江西界牌电站发电机冷却水路的优化设计

摘要 结合近年来有关灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组的制造经验,针对灯泡式水轮发电机冷却供水方案进行了专题研究,设计并制造了一种新型冷却水路系统,产品应用于江西省界牌枢纽船闸改建工程项目中。该管路结构简单可靠、维护方便、造价低,提高了传统发电设备的自动化程度,具有一定的市场推广价值,也为水电设备制造厂家贯流机组的冷却水系统提供了一种全新的设计思路。 Base on the experience of bulb tubular hydro-generator manufacturing in recent years,special study on cooling and water supply scheme of bulb hydro-generator was carried out and a new type of cooling water system was designed and manufactured.The product was applied to the ship lock reconstruction project of Jiepai Junction in Jiangxi Province.The pipeline structure is simple,reliable,easy to maintain and low cost,which improves the automation degree of traditional power generation equipment and has a certain market promotion value.It also provides a new design idea for the cooling water system of the tubular unit of the hydropower equipment manufacturer.
