摘要
结合湖南省某水电站机组制造与安装的具体工程问题,针对转子支架热套缺陷处理方案展开深入研究。通过分析轮毂烧嵌套轴工艺、事故分析与调查,对现有的三种修复方案进行了技术经济比较,选取并实施了一种轴向及斜向销钉加固的修复方案。通过经典计算及有限元分析对该处理方案的合理性进行了技术论证。该处理方案的技术思路对于水电设备制造厂家处理类似问题具有借鉴意义。
Combining with the specific problems in the manufacture and installation of a hydropower unit in Hunan Province,the treatment scheme of the hot sleeve defect of the rotor spider is studied in depth.Based on the analysis of the hub burning sleeve technology,accident analysis and investigation,the technical and economic comparison of the three existing repair schemes is made,and a repair scheme of axial and oblique pin reinforcement is selected and implemented.The rationality of the treatment scheme is demonstrated by classical calculation and finite element analysis.The technical ideas of this treatment scheme can be used for reference by hydropower equipment manufacturers in dealing with similar problems.
