阀门壳体试验的数值模拟与应变试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 分析工业阀门压力试验标准要求,总结阀门壳体有限元建模细则,建立阀门壳体有限元模型,定义数值模拟阀门壳体压力试验的载荷及边界条件,仿真求解应力结果,制定阀门壳体应变试验测点方案,实施应变试验,得到10个测点位置26个通道的应变试验数据。应变试验表明:仿真结果与试验结果一致,阀门壳体有限元分析时,不应忽略进水端盖和出水端盖的承压影响,仿真方法具有实际参考价值。 The standards for pressure testing of industrial valves are analyzed,the related rules of finite element modeling of valve shell are summarized,the finite element model of valve shell is established,the load and boundary conditions of valve shell finite element model are defined,the stress results are solved,the strain test scheme of valve is formulated,and the results are obtained by carrying out strain test.The strain experimental data of 26 channels at 10 locations were obtained.The strain experiment shows that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.The pressure bearing effects of the inlet and outlet end caps should not be neglected in the finite element analysis of the valve shell.The simulation method has practical reference value.
