摘要
根据盾构机小齿轮制齿的需要,分析了小齿轮的参数和滚齿机加工范围的特点,针对数控滚齿机提出了一种通过虚拟参数设置完成小齿轮加工的方法,并比对了小齿轮的两种制齿方法。
According to the needs of the hobbing gears of the shield machine,the parameters of the pinion and the processing range of the hobbing machine are analyzed.A method for machining the pinion by virtual parameter setting is proposed for the CNC gear hobbing machine,And compare the two methods of hobbing gears.
