核电厂阀门远传机构抗震性能分析方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了验证阀门远传机构在地震工况下的安全性和可靠性,结合核电厂设备和部件的安全分级要求,提出了阀门远传机构抗震性能分析的内容及评价准则。该分析方法考虑万向联轴器的结构特点,将阀门远传机构从联轴器位置进行解耦,分别对各个组成部件(外套管组件、转向器、阀门接口组件和联轴器)在地震工况下的薄弱点进行分析评价。然后应用ANSYS Workbench软件建立了典型阀门远传机构的有限元模型,对各个部件在地震工况下的应力和位移响应进行了计算和分析评价。研究结果为核电厂阀门远传机构的抗震设计提供了一种有效的方法。 In order to verify the safety and reliability of valve remote drives under earthquake conditions,combined with the safety classification requirements of devices and components in nuclear power plant,the seismic analysis contents and evaluation criteria for valve remote drives were put forward.Considering the structural characteristics of universal coupling,the remote drive can be decoupled at the coupling position during the analysis course.Thus the seismic analysis of engine could be transformed into analyzing and assessing the weak points of subassemblies(outer tube assembly,90 degree turning device,valve interface component and coupling)respectively.Then the finite element model of a typical valve remote drive was established by ANSYS Workbench,and the stress and displacement response of different subassemblies were calculated and evaluated.The research results of this paper can provide an effective method for seismic design of valve remote drives in nuclear power plant.
