摘要
现代飞机结构件设计越来越趋于功能集成化,飞机表面存在大面积的理论外形造成闭角结构零件比例越来越大,这些闭角结构零件在设计之初由于考虑实际加工情况,设计部门一般允许闭角区域在无装配要求情况下留有加工残余,导致飞机整机理论质量与实际质量因闭角残余产生一定误差。简要介绍了中小结构件闭角特征设计及加工现状,阐述闭角残余计算方法及质量分析,并以传统闭角结构设计为切入点阐明飞机结构件闭角区域未来设计发展趋势,以使单个零件质量更接近其理论质量,从而使飞机整机实际质量更接近其理论质量,这种结构设计的改变可以提高结构件闭角区域加工效率、方便零件验收。
The design of modern aircraft structural parts tends to be more and more functional integration.The large area of theoretical shape on the surface of aircraft results in an increasing proportion of closed-angle structural parts.At the beginning of the design of these closed-angle structural parts,due to the consideration of actual machining conditions,the design department generally allows the closed-angle area to have machining residues without assembly requirements.The theoretical weight and the actual weight of the aircraft due to closed Angle residual error.This paper briefly introduces the characteristics design and machining status of closed Angle of small and medium-sized structural parts,and expounds the residual calculation method and gravimetric analysis of closed Angle.In order to make the weight of a single part closer to its theoretical weight so as to make the actual weight of the aircraft closer to its theoretical weight,this structural design change can improve the processing efficiency of structural parts in the closed Angle area and facilitate the acceptance of parts.
