摘要
利用ANSYS仿真软件对皮碗进行了静态和动态仿真模拟。主要研究了过盈量、前唇角、后唇角、弹簧中心和皮碗唇尖的轴向距离等皮碗关键设计参数对唇口接触压力和接触宽度的影响。依据结论得出了优化后的设计参数,同时对改进前后的皮碗进行了动态仿真模拟研究,分析了安装座过盈配合对皮碗的影响。依据研究结论,对皮碗的设计和使用提出了相应的建议。
The ANSYS simulation software is used to simulate the static and dynamic simulation of the leather bow.The effects of key design parameters of the leather bow,such as the interference,the front lip angle,the spring center and the axial distance of the skin lip,on the lip contact pressure and contact width are studied.According to the conclusion,the optimized design parameters are obtained.At the same time,the dynamic simulation of the leather bow is carried out which for the skin cup before and after the improvement,and the influence fit of the mount on the leather bow is analyzed.Based on the research conclusions,corresponding suggestions for the design and used of the leather bow are made.
