摘要
以某五模块100%低地板钢铝混合铆接车体为研究对象,基于HyperMesh14.0软件平台,建立五模块车体整车有限元模型。采用三维梁单元耦合节点自由度的方式对铰接器进行简化模拟,实现不同车体之间的连接。采用CERIG刚性单元对铆钉连接进行简化模拟,实现钢结构与铝合金结构之间的连接。根据VDV152标准制定车体疲劳强度分析载荷工况,采用ERRI B12/RP17报告给出的疲劳强度评估方法对车体结构疲劳强度进行评估。计算结果表明:五模块车体结构疲劳强度满足设计要求。
This paper took a five-module 100%low floor steel-aluminum hybrid riveted vehicle body as research object,and established a finite element model of the five-module vehicle body based on the HyperMesh14.0 software platform.The splicers between different vehicle bodies were simplified by coupling the degrees of freedom of nodes of three dimensional beam elements.The rivet connection between steel structure and aluminum structure was simplified by CERIG rigid element.The load cases of the fatigue strength were designed according to the VDV152 standard,and the fatigue strength of the vehicle body structure was evaluated by the method proposed in the ERRI B12/RP17 report.The calculation results showed thatthe fatigue strength of the five-module vehicle body structure met the design requirements.
