导师制在各大高校逐渐盛行,对学校的发展起着很重要的作用,五年制高职校推行技能导师制很有必要,文中简述了CAD技能导师制在五年制高职校实施的必要性,指出了五年制高职CAD教学现有问题,并提出了改革方法,教学质量明显得到提高。

The tutor system is becoming popular in various colleges and universities,which plays an important role in the development of the school.It is necessary to carry out the skill tutor system in the five-year higher vocational school.This paper briefly describes the necessity of the implementation of the CAD skill tutor system in the five-year higher vocational school.This paper points out the existing problems of CAD teaching in five-year higher vocational education,and puts forward the reform method.The teaching quality is obviously improved.
